Our Story

 

At first…
I was working in the fitness industry following the same popular playbook—hour-long workouts, endless cardio, and strict calorie counting. I watched clients push harder, spend more time in the gym, and still see slow results. Many were frustrated, burned out, and secretly blaming themselves.
I knew there had to be a better way.

Then we tried…
I began experimenting with a method that most people didn’t understand at first—TUT training (Time Under Tension), counting colors, not calories, and handchart portion control.
It sounded too simple to work, but I saw my clients getting stronger in just minutes per session, eating in a way they could actually enjoy, and breaking free from food guilt.

And now we…
Run Get Fit Methods, a proven system helping busy professionals—especially those over 40—get stronger, leaner, and healthier in less time than they ever thought possible, without obsessing over the scale or spending hours in the gym.

Turning Points

  • We realised we had a big problem when… I saw clients following the “standard” program perfectly and still not getting the results they deserved.
     
  • We made a breakthrough when… I combined the science of muscle stimulation with the simplicity of color-based nutrition.
     
  • We knew we had to act when… Clients started telling me, “This is the first time fitness actually fits my life.”
     
  • Everything changed when… People who had failed at every diet and gym routine finally started seeing real, lasting results.
     

Tensions

At the start of the Covid pandemic, I lost all my in-person clients in a week.
I could have played it safe and waited for gyms to reopen, but instead I rebuilt my program from the ground up—simplifying it for small spaces, short sessions, and real-life eating.
That’s when Get Fit Methods became more than just a workout—it became a complete lifestyle.

Temptations

There were moments I could have gone back to the “industry standard” to make things easier to sell. But I knew my mission was to create something that worked for real people with real schedules, not just gym enthusiasts.

Teachable Moment

So I guess my point is…
Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated or punishing to work.
I’ll never forget the first client who said, “I finally feel like I’m winning at fitness.”
What this taught me is… when you build something that truly serves people’s lives instead of your own ego, it grows far beyond what you imagined.
